The Best Free Online Dating Site I’ve Seen So FAR!!

Hi again everyone, and welcome back to my blog. As before, I’ve been spending a lot of time looking through online dating sites to see if I can find the love of my life! I’ll be honest, I’ve not had a lot of luck so far! But I think there’s finally hope! 🙂

I tried quite a few sites lately, but they all seem to trick me with their promise of being ‘free’.. but after signing up I always find out that I can’t do certain things because I don’t have access to certain things like sending messages! It’s REALLY annoying!! This latest one I tried was on the Guardian website.

I think I need to read site information a bit better first before entering all my details!!!
Anyway, I’ve come across my first FREE online dating site, which so far hasn’t cost me a penny and I’ve been able to speak with potential suitors!! The site I’ve been using for this is a site called Mingle Monkee.

There seems to be quite a few people my age around my area and a couple of them look pretty HOT as well! So I’ve sent them some messages and I’m just waiting to hear back from them! I’ll give it a week or so and then if I’ve not heard anything, I’ll go onto another site and see if I can find someone (provided the site is actually free!)

Anyway, now I’ve been able to message someone, the idea of using an online dating site suddenly got a bit more interesting and I’m quite excited that I will hear back from them!

How to find the right person online

So I’ve been on the ‘prowl’ for finding someone online just recently, but I’ve really not had an awful lot of luck! I’ve tried a variety of sites now and they all seem to be very similar and not have a lot of interesting people which I would find interesting.

In real life, it’s hard enough to find someone that is the ‘perfect partner’ as with this day and age of technology taking over having to use our personal skills etc – so online dating really should be easier than this …. I would have thought anyway!!

If you’ve never used a dating site before to try and find the love of your life before, then let me tell you a bit more about them. They are similar to Facebook in a way, but you don’t know the people (which is actually true of some people’s Facebooks anyway!!!)

Mostly they seem to offer functionality just to chat and send each other messages. You can of course see each other’s photos and read more information about one another before initiating conversations – to hopefully fall in love!

Anyway.. back to the point! After seeing loads of adverts on tv talking about the popular match.com I thought I would give this a try! Although on the adverts they say the word ‘free’ a lot… when it comes down to it, it’s really not free at all!! I had a look at some of the members and they all look nice in my area, but I don’t really want to have to pay to chat someone up – it just seems weird!!

Back to the drawing board…

I’ve just used an online dating site for the first time tonight and wanted to express how I felt about it on a new site. I feel like there’s so many sites out there for me to try, so can’t wait to give them a try and feedback a review of my findings with each.

I’ll be able to rate a lot of the sites for a variety of things including how many people are on the site and how likely I think it’ll be that I’ll find someone on that particular site!

Let’s face it, that’s why we use online dating sites isn’t it! We want to find someone that we probably wouldn’t get to meet in every day life! Just so you know, the first site I tried was e-harmony but I think due to the cost of signing up properly to activate all of it’s features, I wasn’t overly keen with this one!

So, keep your eyes peeled for my next blog where I will talk to you about the latest dating site’s I’ve reviewed!
